looks like someone spilled some hot coffee on the neck heel. headstocks a bit beat up too. I'd say $150 would probably be a good deal for that. neck plate looks a bit rusty in the screws as well. Never know where that guitars been.

Looks like a cool fixer-upper. I'd want some sort of guarantee from the seller that the neck is still straight, though.
