1988 Razz Berry MINT Condition E859427 fully stock Khaler Spyder Trem H/S/S Rosewood Neck Dimarzio Super 3 Bridge Stock Fender Singles Owner; Jimmy Adcock s Picked this up yesterday. Blown away. CraigsList find of the century for me. Absolute Mint New Condition as if I walked back in time to 1988 and bought it off the rack. 100% stock and even had all the "Case Candy. I am the 3rd owner. The original owner apparently bought it in '88 and then put it under his bed for 20 years. It plays just as good as I remembered from back in the day. I had wished many a times over the years that I had gotten one of these back then and never thought Id come across one in this condition at a reasonable price. I am beyond stoked.

Acquired this in 1988. My wife (now ex) bought this for me. Serial # E808160. Played it for 1 year in 1988-1989 and it sat under the bed until 2013. Been playing it ever since.

Shes a little dirty, but thats how I like my women lol. Curious as to why some places are saying E series are strictly u.s made and some are saying strictly japanese? ALOT of misinformation about these things out there LOL. Like that the kahlers are all made in japan?? Its got made in u.s.a all over it.... curious now.

Mine is: Black, H/S/S (Stock Humbucker replaced with Rio Grande Humbucker by legendary luthier Paul Unkert), Rosewood fretboard, kahler locking trem, s/n on sticker - E908474. I don't play this guitar anymore as it is very difficult to get parts for the Kahler and the alan screws for replacing the strings are getting rounded so it basically just sits in my "hall of fame" of guitars. Otherwise, the guitar is in great shape and I used to LOVE playing it. I think this was a great guitar and I bought it off someone in the early 90s for like $150. Seems nobody has posted here in a few years and I just found this forum so if it's still alive and anyone's interested, I'll post pics. Edit: woops .... didn't realize there were 21 pages of this topic. Lol
