Owner: Tyler Bowden Color: Raspberry Red S/N: E843225 Pickups: H/S/S Year: 1988 Fingerboard: Rosewood, 24 frets Bridge: Kahler
I didn't buy it new but was there when it was purchased at Downtown Sounds in Northampton Ma when it was. I took possession of this HM about a year later as payment for a debt.
Great to see a healthy community for these great guitars.
Tyler

Hey LowerBeef, Congratulations and welcome to the club! How do you like her so far?
Hi Tyler, Welcome to the forum. Glad to have you aboard.
Thanks to both of you for sharing your info. Feel free (and encouraged) to post pictures, and any good stories about how you got your guitars, etc.

Welcome to you both Tyler and LowerBeef. It's nice to hear from other owners and appreciators of this fine guitar.
I think I will work on sequencing the database, sometime soon Jim. I mean, trying to get the serials in numerical order where possible. Will be a fun task, and helpful too. We may get some "brothers/sisters" revealing themselves, like my two which are very very close in serial number.

Thanks Mike, but the Fender database is not reliable. Please see the main site for the whole background on the HM's. Based on all the research myself and others have done, I've made the decision not to include the model year on any more listings unless the owner bought their Strat new or was there when it was purchased. That's the only way to be 100% accurate. Thanks.
