Guitar kits on ebay

Came across a guy selling these kits on the bay. Alder body, choice of necks, tuners, floyd, p/up and pot. Seems like a good deal. Anyone ever bought one of these? ;D

I've bought bodies and necks from this guy before. Although the quality control wasn't the greatest, some of the necks were pretty good. The body I got was okay - paint job wasn't great and routing was very rough.

He is a good guy to do business with, and these may be different manufacturers than the ones he had when I bought from him years ago. I'd say it's probably worth the $225 they're asking.
