i need HSS wiring diagram, please!

Hi, first, excuse my english!
i buy recently my first HM, but i have some problems with the cables.
The humbucker has 3 cables, red, white and ground, ok... the white cable is free and i dont know where connect it.

The switch is no connect too, there is a black cable free.
How i make for combine HSS to SSS with the switch?
