Hi! I joined this board after I found the answer to a question I've had for 6 months now. All I wanted was 6 fine tuners for my kahler 2720. No biggie right? WRONG. I searched everywhere to get a thread size, and finally I ordered what I suspected it was- from a vendor on Amazon. The machine screw is positively a #6-40 (number 6 screw, 40 threads per inch). I would love to have real replacements, but I need 6, and at $7 a pop on wammiworld, that ain't happening.
I got 25 cap screws that fit perfectly, for around $6. The company is called ASMC Industrial (asmc.net)
By the way, I used to own a white HM just like the banner above- I sold it in '92 for a pittance
But... inside the electronic cavity I indented my name into the insulating foil. If anyone reads this and has a strat like the one in the banner, you might have my old guit
