Jim convienced me to buy a Kramer Striker. Not only is Jim a HM Strat whore, but he's also a Kramer whore. He rubbed off on me. Gonna have to sell my Jackson though.  |

Amazon has it for $249.
However, every damn striker they show is Red. So,i click on the red striker to order the thing, pay for it. only to realize about 30 minutes later that it was actually a black one I ordered. So I call teh company that supplies Amazon with the guitars. They tell me they will check into changing it out for a red one. I dont hear back the rest of the day, so I call the company back the next day.
They tell me it's already been processed and sent. HOWEVER, if I decide to just keep it, they will give me back $50.
So... I just got me a brand new Kramer Sriker for $200. Cant beat that shat....
It's a friggen nice guitar. Love the feel. I'm still trying to decide on the pups. I'm not able to get a great tone out of it with my PODX3. With Igor, i found that tone right away and was happy with it. However, with this striker, havin a hard time getting it dialed in so it sounds good. Maybe it's just those pups dunno. So far I'm not able to get a clean distortion, sounds very conjested.
I'm sure I can get it to sound much better if I can dial in the PODx3 with it.
Also, i'm going to throw in a 1 meg vol pot.
Oh yeah.. I have a Mighty Mite mother bucker I boutht for it as well.
