A friend of mine at work just got this for his birthday. They're pretty hard to find anymore. Chandler lipstick tube pickups and a brass roller nut. Pretty good seller for Charvel back in the day from what I've read.

Sadly I payed a little more attention to that amp then the guitar. Looks more like the Charvel-Backer to me. Was Charvel trying to make a Ricky?

For some reason, the Charvel Surfcasters ALWAYS go for crazy dollar prices.
Lately too, the 750XLs have also. One went for 1.5k the other week. Makes me look at mine and think "Hmmmm!" but shipping overseas would be a major bitch and I'd have to REALLY research on doing it safely.
