Ladies and gents, I'm proud to announce: I won this item: cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=190338260527Sure beats the $30 per knob some sellers charged. Will go nicely on my Blue HM. (Hoping it fits and is genuine, as the "skirt doesn't look very large but for 3 euros, I thought it's clsoe enough regardless)

Nice score - someday these won't be available anymore!

I've got at least 2 of these knobs, that I can not find at the moment. That I need to send to Jim.

LOL...! I am sure they will crop up, halo!
I did think of trying somehow to get a big bulk order of those knobs copied, to sell to all the needy HM owners. Afterall, how many HMS have we seen where there's knobs off, F caps fallen off, or knobs completely un-stock etc...

I'll look forward to getting those, Gary.
Nick - anything ever happen with that plan?

Not really Jim, as I have no idea how to do anything like that? Approach some kind of plastics manufacturer or something?
But the knob came today, a bit of finger cheese in it, but other than that a perfect and exactly usual HM knob!
