how much does an average strat go for just wonderin if i got a good deal i the ones i owend

Depends on model, year, guitar make-up (maple or rosewood, pickup config., etc...) and last but not least condition (fret wear, dents, dings, paint chips, electronics functioning, etc...).

HMs can go anywhere from $99.00 for not so good condition to upwards of $1,000.00 for a mint HM Ultra.

I think a usual price for a god condition, standard HM is perhaps $400 on US Ebay.

For a fair condition, it seems to be about $250 up.

Does that sound kind of right, Jim (and others)? I haven't been keeping track of the prices as much as I should, lately!

Yeah, I would agree around $400 for one in average good shape. Then $500 - $650 for the regular HM's that are in really nice to almost mint condition.

There's one hanging in my local pawn shop right now that I plan to purchase on Friday, with a $499 price tag on it.

I think I can get them down to around $300.

It's a HS with half pick guard. It's dirty, but it's all there.

I thought about that, but it's been hanging there for months, so I think it'll still be there. *crosses fingers*

Man, it's been a long week. I get off early tomorrow though.

Getting my white one back tomorrow too, so hopefully, if all goes well, I'll be posting pics and serial numbers for 2 HM's!
