Looks like they chose a bad time to set high prices for these beauty's, with so many available.
You know they'd all sell for a decent price with no reserve, with all the other bidders on the one's that have sold recently.

Jim, A majority of them are for sale at $600.00 or higher. Probably not going to happen at those prices. Some are pretty nice though. I like the tele pickguard chrome red one and the bluestone & maple neck. They want too much. They could probably get between $400.00-$500.00, if there were not so many to choose from. Looks like a buyers market. The Blackstone HH is kinda rare and has a more reasonable price. It may sell.

Interesting...The Blackstone HH doesn't have relief cuts on the back.

Sometimes I wonder if people put high reserves on their HM's because they just want as much money as possible and the "Made in USA" neckplate makes them feel like it's an automatic sale for a high price.
And sometimes I wonder if it's because they really don't want to sell their HM and won't unless they get a high price for it.
P.S. I'll try to remember to check my Blackstone tonight and see if it has the relief cuts on the back.

Nick, You were thinkiing what I was thinking. I think the paint scheme obscures the reliefs at the angle the pics was taken.

I remembered to check my Blackstone tonight and for what it's worth it does have the relief cuts on the back. (It's an H/S/S E9 serial number with a Kahler.)

I think you guys are probably right. It's just the angle of the pictures that's hiding them.
