That's really wild.
I can't conceive why they would call that guitar "heavy metal" when it has an f-hole, semi-hollowbody, no bridge pickup, no floyd and an acoustic bridge on it! haha.

It's too expensive for me at the moment, but in a couple months if it's still available I might go and see if I like it enough to buy it. I like the basic look of it, im a fan of the tele body style as well.

I don't get the heavy metal in that one either. You've all seen mine in the background page and in other threads. Mine with the FR Pro is a little more heavy metal in that it has a HB pickup, whereas the the one in the Craigslist ad is a HMT acoustic/electric. It has piezos in the wooden bridge. I have the big brother HMT acoustic/electric Precision bass with the wooden bridge with the piezos installed as well. You can check the background page for a pic of it as well.

Before I joined this forum, I'd never seen or heard of one of these (or the HM bass). Even the HM strat seems fairly unknown in the outside world  |
