Hey folks, wanna get my s/n E808767 rebuilt. I would like to do it myself, but don't have much experience there. What does a shop charge for example... a new paint job?
Where is the best place to get original or reproduced parts?

What parts does it need?
By the looks of your pics, it doesn't need much. ;D
I'd leave the paint unless it's completely trashed and cracked out.
That's just me though.
Tremolo parts, you can get at:kahlerparts.com/Part_Pages/T_2720.htm

I've paid $250 and I've paid $325 to get HM's repainted. One had some dings that needed to be repaired and the other was in pretty much mint condition, just the wrong color - so it was cheaper.

There is an ad in one of my old Guitar Worlds from back then that shows Kahlers in red, blue, etc... curving in a row towards the viewer. They are pretty rare though in colors other than black, gold, or chrome.

Well I came to the conclusion that theres a 2520 in there. So one would think they would sell Spyders like that.

You're most certainly correct, since we know they offered an Orange one.
I was just sad not to see one in the pic.

Hey Bodaggit23 and the rest of ya folks out thar.. ha. Yeah my Strat is'nt in too bad of shape, but the neck needs to be adjusted and I would like to have a couple of it's battle scars touched up, also the Humbucker or, "H" pickup plastic encasement frame has a nice crack in it. I love lookin at all your cool STRATS, awsome website. LATER
