Pictures would help. I am guessing one or both are leaning?
I figure they are leaning because either the hole(s) is stripped out. Which in this case, depending how bad, you could drill and dowel the holes. Or buy metal inserts. The wood between the stud and the pickup cavity could be cracked. I have seen this happen many times in old Kramer guitars like the Pacer Deluxe and the Focus 3000 models. You could take it to a luthier for repair. AllParts.com sells a plate to fix this issue, can't remember what its called right now.

I think yes, it could be fixed.
You could try pushing the studs straight and tapping toothpicks into the body between the insert and the wood. (quick and easy fix)
Or, as suggested, remove the studs, drill out the holes and glue dowels into the holes, sand flat and re drill for the inserts. (advanced)

Would really help if you posted a pic of the area in question.

I haven't heard of these guitars doing it, but Peavy Nitros that come with the 2700 Killers had issues. I have two, one where the body busted, and one with the post leaning. On ebay is a broken red body. Either a bad design with not enough wood around the post or really soft wood. Charvel solved the issue by installing large bushings in the basswood, spreading the load.
