I put a Squier Stagemaster with a setneck on layaway last night... It has a Schaller Floyd Rose and its either a set neck (my assumption as its a squier) or a neckthrough... Painted Sparkly Bright Blue the pickups are probably duncans of some flavor b/c of the cream and black color of em... Any info on these guitars such as wood they are made out of or anything?? It says Made In Korea... Played really well and seemed like a deal at $159.99 so i put her on layaway another week or so and she should be mine  |

nice indeed! i like Schaller Floyds and have one on my Frankenstrat and used to have one in a Charvel i owned. pics when you bring it home or it didn't happen!  |

That's pretty sweet!
Some of that hardware needs an oil bath and a good polish. ;D
Is the neck straight? Do you know how long the strings have been off?

I took the strings off lol then took pics... The neck is pretty straight...

I've had a couple of those guitars. They were originally marketed to compete with guitars in the $500 - $700 range.
They're definitely one of the best shredder guitar values in the used market right now.
What pickup is in the bridge?

I honestly have no clue what the pickup is... It is labeled in sharpie EVH Neck and it screams i love it... I will be putting that pickup in the neck and adding a dimarzio Super 3 to the bridge... Also switching the tuners for gotohs... I Love the Schaller Bridge this guitar screams and it competes very well with 500 - 700$ guitars... It is a neckthrough i found out the Stagemasters are neckthroughs and the fender Showmasters were set necks... This thing screams cort can make a guitar...
