Trying to decide what to do with my HM Strat. It is approx. 1989 vintage. I've owned it since new. This site would call it the HM Power Strat, second version: Humbucker and two single coils, large Strat logo, 3 controls, 5-way selector, 1 coil switch, no pickguard, Kahler Spyder trem.
Color is black body with the satin maple finish neck. Still looks factory new. No refinishing or cleaning on any of it ever. There is very slight finger buffing on the tremolo tuners and gut buffing on the screws covering the back cover plates. The finish and edges show no chips or nicks. The original case has some little white paint marks on it from sliding it in and out of the closet. Probably can clean that off.
Total playing time less than 8 hours since new.
This is sort of a museum piece. I would guess it should be restrung and completely set up before anyone would seriously want to play it.
What is something like this worth? Where do these things sell (e-bay, craigslist, consignment,?)

Pictures are always helpful when trying to figure out a value of a guitar. If you could post some, it would be easier to guesstimate.
