Hi, Apologies for my first forum post being a for sale notice, but I'm trying to find a good home for my black HM strat. Bought second hand in about '95, it has a couple of bruises and the middle pickup is intermittent (loose connection maybe? I don't know enough about wiring to open it up....) but it still plays as well as all of you, I'm sure are aware. Serial number is E815454, which I think makes it a 1989 model, current location is London. Let me know your thoughts and questions, I'll try to answer them! Thanks, Ben. Attachments:

davidben - thanks for the lawn appreciation, I'll pass it on to my Dad! I'm in Honor Oak Park, South East London, but the guitar is currently in Tunbridge Wells at my parents house. It's not that clean though, don't want to fool anyone. Has a couple of dents as seen in the attached picture, one f is missing from a tone knob and one of the machineheads is missing a circular disc to cover up the gears underneath... Attachments:

Good luck on the sale, Ben. Should get a lot of interest because of the maple neck.
Some forums really get freaky about advertising guitars for sale, but it's a lot more laid back around here. ;D Do me a favor though, and if you do sell the guitar, post what you got for it. We're always interested to hear what the HM's are going for.

It's still for sale Chris - a bit reluctant to post it though, especially as I don't have a hard case for it... Would hate for anything to happen to it.
