Mitch at KNE is a great guy. He's built bodies for me before. I'm going to send him the neck and he is going to build the body around it. I asked for a bunch of extra mods which I can detail later - it's going to cost around $200.
Handtrix - are you Ed Hunter or MetalManiac from the Seymour Forums?

KNE makes necks but I don't know if they do any custom necks. My guess is that he would be willing to fit your necks to bodies that you buy from him. There is an upcharge for reprogramming the CNC machine to different specs for those sorts of things, but in my experience it's not a big charge. You should just email, he's easy to work with.
Here's a San Dimas body Mitch built for me around a 24 fret neck. Upper access is not ideal (which he warned me about), a rounded heel might've helped some. It's a great playing and sounding guitar otherwise.
