I remember Jim's scalloped HM necks and keep in mind I am not one for desecrating guitars like this. But whoever scalloped that neck did a good job doing so. It doesn't look like a Dremel attack it looks more like a professional job. Scalloped also doesn't work on rosewood at all it really only works on maple fingerboards. Definitely not 525$ though. I mean come on, its missing chunks out of the neck....
