Hey there fellow HM lovers! I was given a guitar with a broken neck from a co-worker about a year ago ( i know lucky me eh ) Anyhoo, he told me that it was a fender japanese strat with a weird looking headstock similar to an explorer. He did say it was a fender and not a squire. After looking around at pictures online, the body that i have looks to me like a squire HM3 with H/S/H setup and a floyd rose bridge ( it says : liscensed under floyd rose patents ). There is no serial numbers on the body, bridge or neck and the headstock was broken off when i got the guitar so... kinda hard to identify. Here are some pictures to help out : (its a photo album) s1086.photobucket.com/albums/j451/xsgeargrinder/If anyone could confirm if it is a squire or a fender, that would be appreciated so I can finaly get a neck to restore it to original. Thank you very much!

Your correct. That's a Squier HM3. It is in no way a bad guitar. Especially for free. Find a neck for that baby.

Possibly another HM3 neck. Check Ebay regularly and a neck will show up ever so often from a partout. If you can find the right measurements you could possibly contact some websites to see if they will make you one.
