Been hanging on my studio wall for around 7 years and hardly played, mostly a center piece. But now i would really like to know as much as I can get from a guitar that really doesn't have background set in stone? Also this puppy is heavy as **** serial # F039617 wow is this forum alive?

Doesn't look like a hm strat, more lilke a standaard strat with hb and a floating trem.

Shot of the headstock may help. I'm thinking Contemporary Strat or possibly a Photo Flame Squier, both from Japan.

I would say contemporary, 22 frets, and standard Fender headstock logo's. Though the Kahler could indicate its either during the HM run or post HM. E-mail Fender if you haven't already and they probably can I.D. it for sure.
