I've heard that the swoosh under STRAT always matches the body - yet I asked an ebay seller why his doesn't match and he said "where did you hear that?"
Is it true that they match the body color? If not, the body (or neck) has been changed?

Sorry to inform you but I have 12 HM Strats and only 3 of the swoosh match the body. There is no way 9 of them have new necks

Wow! I stand corrected!
I have two blue HM Strat's, and the head-stocks match. They must have got short of certain colours, and mixed 'em all up!

My black HM has the pink swoosh too so guess it's the way they are.

Interesting.
Where I heard that was from Scott Grove in his reviews of HM's
