Hi, I am new here so if this is not the right place for this post please excuse me. I am looking for my first HM strat I have wanted one since i was a kid when I would play my dads. I would love an HM with a maple fretboard but they are few and far between and everybody is keeping them (which I don't blame them). I don't have a lot of money but am hoping there is one out there for me. Any one selling one please let me know does not matter what the color is. Thanks in advanced to all.

Best bet aside from someone here selling is to look on e-bay or Sam ash and or guitar center's used gear. I got mine from guitar center via lay-away. Also scower Craigslist, too.

I just made a thread about my HM Strat in the Heavy Metal Strats forum. You can go check it out. I would be willing to sell it, but am not looking to give it away cheap or anything.

Hi strat89, I have an HM Strat for sale. I think it was made in Japan because at the base of the neck it is stamped as "Made in Japan", but maybe that's just the neck? Anyway... solid black with two single coils, one DiMarzio humbucker with coil switch, 5 way pickup selector, 3 controls and Kahler Spyder tremolo. It is in excellent condition with no real scratches or wear. However, the tremolo likely needs new springs. Would come with a Fender case and shoulder strap. Please see the attached photos. Because it is in such great shape, I can't give it up cheaply (sorry), but am still figuring out what I'll ask. Anyone have ideas on that? Cheers, Doug |

US made. The headstock logo is the "digital" strat logo. The MIJs will have the big strat with swoosh.

Hello all, I am new here, but also STRONGLY looking to buy an HM strat. Particularly, the turquoise/ice blue with a maple fretboard in good condition but I'll consider other colors too! Hit me up here or more favorably s_wms@aol.com. Serious sellers only, very very willing to buy.
