A guy I'm working with replaced his Kahler trem with a brand new Floyd. My question is, will it still have the effects of a Floyd where the tension increases when divebombing or be the same in that like Kahlers, no tension increases?
The original locking nuts are still there.
And was this a good idea to replace an aging Spyder with a fresh set of wheels?

It'll work just fine. Kahler's fulcrum trems are based off the Floyd.

Hi, i want to replace my spider trem (sustain killer otherwise than my 2520's) with an old Jackson floyd rose. Do i need other posts for it ? greets & rock on, Andreas

I want to say you will need different posts, but first, if you have that Jackson Floyd, see if it matches the post spacing on the HM.
