Hello everyone, I hope any of you guys could help me. I'm from Brazil, and since here we have the most outrageous tax fees in the world, is almost impossible to afford a nice guitar without paying TWICE the regular price. That known, I've found a used Fender heartfield Talon, supposedly, on something like a craiglist of my country. Here's the one - sc.bomnegocio.com/florianopolis-e-regiao/instrumentos-musicais/guitarra-fender-talon-hetfield-made-in-japan-japon-29035204 The converted price to dollars would be something like $450. My doubt is: what model this guitar is? is it a HM Strat? or is it a Heartfield Talon? I couldn't tell by the serial number, I hope one of you can. Thanks in advance.

Here's some info on the Heartfield Talons. I personally don't consider them "true" HM Strats, but they were made in the same factory with some of the same parts. I'm sure they're great guitars. Probably more or less made in the Team J-Craft section of Fuji Gen factory.www.heartfield-central.com/html/talon.htm
