What pickups does the Fender Strat HM originally come from?

I'm not sure what's in the older models, but the later ones used the lace sensor pickups. Maybe some one with the non lace pickups could get a multi meter reading so you could get a pickup with the same resistance.

As far as I know, they were the standard middle and neck pickups for a Stratocaster. I have one floating around in my parts box, I think.
