Here is my 1988 Fender HM Strat... and I think it might be the only lefty ever built, but I could be wrong and was a custom shop order back then. It has all of the USA options except that the knobs are Jackson style metal ones and not the plastic "F" version. The body is dated 1988 and the neck is 1989.

The artwork was done by Pamelina in 1988.
