1989 HM strat neck thickness

Does anyone have a set of calipers to measure their strat's thickness? Ideally at the nut?

I like a thicker neck, like 20mm absolute minimum, but I've been into all the other HM strat specs where I'm interested in trying to get one...but would like to know that before I pull a trigger.
