HM Strat Mods

I am so glad to have found this site and have some questions about modifications.  Some of the HM strats i have procured came with mods and some have missing parts.  I have bought guitars just for the Kahler Spyder system and seen some pretty cool mods I would like to try.  Currently I have 4 HM Strats and use them for 90% of the gigs I play.  One of the strats I bought brand new and the shop had to give me a loaner until it came in.  I have a total of 16 guitars in matched sets for live play Jacksons, Ibanez, Westone, and parts-casters.  I have a few Goodwill specials as well (I like to bring a sleeper out on stage).....shave the neck drop the actions and dump a screamer in the bridge.

This one had the super 3 and the silver lace.....my fav for playing G&R.  All the rest are HSS guitars and one of the is EMG loaded.  Looking at a blade neck pickup for one and looking for recommendations.      

The questions I have - Where is a good place to get replacement parts for the Kahler?  

I saw a video where you can put some sort of sleeve in the trem bar slot that will hold better then the screw in the side?  I will look up the video as well.

[The Guitar]

There's someone on the HM Facebook page that's been able to mod the Spyder to use a different arm. Be nice to do since the arms are $30 a pop. You can use the Kahler Killer(2700) saddles on the Spyder. There a member here that's has them. Pics are somewhere on the forum.
